When I made the leap into real estate investing in mid-2003, I had already found success in financial planning, but knew that it couldn’t offer me what I needed long-term: A career with interesting challenges, huge financial opportunity and time for family.

Since then I’ve bought and sold hundreds of properties. Sure, I made plenty of mistakes along the way, but I’ve also had a lot of success. Moreover, something that I didn’t foresee when I first opened my business were all the people that I’d later help enjoy similar success.

What began as a jump into the unknown has resulted in multiple businesses that have allowed me to build a life that gets me fired up every morning when I start my day. For me, there’s nothing better (except my wife and two little girls) than teaching others how they can use real estate to achieve their financial goals. And I do all this while maintaining my own residential real estate investment company.
